Revamp!

Will’s War has had a brand new update both inside and outside!

Will’s War follows the adventures of Will, an ordinary boy with a love for Lego models and his loyal dog, Rollo. A heated argument with his mum leads Will to his grandad’s house, where he discovers an old air raid shelter in the back garden. Venturing inside, Will emerges to find himself in the midst of World War II London. Bombs fall, sirens wail, and Will faces the challenge of navigating a world far more dangerous than his own.

Stranded in the past, Will is evacuated to the countryside, befriending other children and learning to adapt to wartime life. Yet, the mystery of how to return to his own time looms large. Embarking on a daring journey back to London, Will uncovers hidden truths about his family and himself.

The Lucy Wilson Mysteries is a Lethbridge-Stewart spin-off adventure inspired by characters created for Doctor Who by Mervyn Haisman and Henry Lincoln. This anthology has five stories by a range of 5 different authors. You can read my press release below:

The Mobile Army, written by popular children’s author Cherry Cobb. She says: “I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to write a Lucy Wilson story, having read the books I fell in love with Lucy as a strong independent character who isn’t afraid to stand up for her beliefs. I hope my daughter grows up to have the same outlook on life.”

1940’s Day out…

I recently had the opportunity to be part of a 1940’s Home Front weekend at the Nothe Fort in Weymouth.  I had a great time meeting and chatting with visitors about Will and his travels.
